The project emphasizes the horizontal nature of the
landscape and the geography of the plain with the
elements compositions of the facades: the organic
ground attack with the green cover of the parking plan;
a continuous loggia on the first floor that turned upside
down on the heads; the pitched roof that reduces
perception of height of the building.
The internal court, however, has a definition that
intends to restore an urban dimension to space
of the entrances and therefore the covering roof
comes replaced by the shares of the attics
