Housing estate in via San Rocco
Viadana, Mantua, Italy
2009-2015
realized

Given the restricted size of via San Rocco at the point
in which it bends and flanks the church and the
volumetric presence of the apse of the church of
S. Rocco, a small square is created, obtained by
withdrawing of the new building and connected
by a passage to a courtyard interior overlooked by
two low bodies and the head of the building
existing on the border.
The plan of the project is articulated in such a way
put yourself in adherence to neighboring buildings
avoiding to have blind headings on the lot.
The basement that is spread over the entire surface
of the lot is intended for garages, basements and
technical rooms. Plan building land is intended for
business directional and residential and upper floors
to residence
