The morphological principles adopted for this design tend to highlight the character of this area, which is a hinge between the urban built fabric and undeveloped green areas. The housing gravitates around a community core and is organized in a diversified and no repetitive pattern. The central distribution core is open towards the outdoor through terraces or gardens in order to provide sustainable environmental conditions in terms of air and light, and even acts as a bioclimatic lobby-greenhouse. The housing program is articulated in six separate volumes that represent basic typological modules clustered around a central courtyard raised from the ground and laid out in barycentric position within the site.
The curves of the pedestrian paths and local services define both the organization of the green areas, and the different public and semi-public areas. A condominium hanging garden defines the green parterre in front of the farmhouse and covers the local facilities and retail activities.
