The proposed settlement is structured around a series of public squares that enhance the existing neighboring. The exceptional volume of the theater, starring in the definition of public space, is the setting for a new building fabric, organized with a morphology of completion on the road layout of this historical part of the city.
The theater is a volume from stereometria simple, that states with a figurative autonomous and recognizable.A prism with hexagonal base that derives its shape from the opportunities of the context and the typological characteristics of the theater of opera. The height of the fly tower determines the vertical development of the volume of the theater, whose roof is viable on three terraces with a garden.
The terrace on the top offers a new point of view of the hills and the city. Conversely, from the hills, the terrace appears as a "stage" in which each user is both actor and spectator in the scene of the urban landscape.
Public car parks and parking lots pertaining to the private residence are located in the grounds of the square, on three underground levels.
