It is necessary to imagine a urban planning that
re-establish a continuity with the settlement principles present
historically in the territory and at the same time
enhance the exceptional morphological aspects of the most
recent achievements of this part of the city.
In the general reorganization of the area the plant
urban development developed by Tange for the Business District,
compared to the buildings built and those in progress,
it can not be ignored; on the contrary it goes
caught in its structural logic to modify it significantly
through a project that knows how to do
facing new needs.
The radial system is an organizational scheme that
reacts to the uncomfortable mobility infrastructures e
that defines itself spatially with respect to a center
geometric, intended only as a reference point
for tracking the deposits in sequence of the
buildings.
